              The two-time optical element design of LED is very important to the light distribution and optical output efficiency of LED lamps. Good road lighting requires the light of the LED street light to be rectangular, and all light emitted by the street lamp can just be covered by the road, and the light pollution outside the road is almost nil. The use of two optical elements of asymmetrical free surface can make the rectangular light of LED street lamp be realized directly on a single LED module. The whole street lamp only need to arrange these LED module arrays in the same direction, so as to simplify the design of the streetlight mechanism, heat dissipation and control power supply.              In this paper, using Trace Pro optics design software to simulate the optical design effect of two different light distribution schemes, the trace Pro simulation results are imported into the Dialux software to simulate the actual road illumination effect of two different light distribution schemes and to compare and analyze.Street Light

            The results of the analysis of trace pro and Dialux showed that the design of LED street lamp designed with a peanut shell lens and a peanut shell lens as a two-time lens were used to design the LED street lamp with two light. Can obtain the bat wing type distribution curve, then obtains the rectangular light field which the road illumination needs; but through the Dialux software to simulate the actual road illumination effect of the two kinds of light distribution schemes, it is found that the peanut shell lens is better uniformity of the LED street lamp with two times of light distribution with two times lens, Preferably in actual road lighting.Street Light
